Online Question and Answer Session

Last night we hosted an online question and answer session with Neil Eyre, who is standing as an independent in the elections this Thursday.
Neil is standing in the froddingham ward of Scunthorpe against 1 Conservative Candidate and two Labour Candidates.
Questions were pre-submitted to the Visit Scunthorpe earlier in the day and were collected on the doorstep by Neil while canvassing. Some other questions were also raised by readers while the session was in progress.
Through out the session we also held a couple of quick on line polls, the results of which can be viewed in the chat archive.

How it Works
If you would like to have the ability to add articles and comments to Visit Scunthorpe then all you need to do is sign up with a valid email address for an account. This is free, your email address is confidential and we don't send out spam emails.
Once you've completed the sign up then you are free to post and comment on well... pretty much anything, we just have some basic civilised rules to prevent people from inciting violence, hatred or making individual attacks.
