Lettings At Invenio Academy:

Many of you may well be aware of the massive government investment in local schools, but did you know that here at Invenio Academy we are looking to offer our fantastic new facilities to the local community.

Weather you are looking to play in the local netball, football, teams & train/play in our grounds/sports hall or you want to start running a new or existing club in these state of the art premises, enlarge your pilate, zumba or other dance classes, then we are eager to hear from you.

We offer these choices at very competitive prices & even have a 'start-up assistance' for new, up-comming clubs that dont yet have the numbers to cover the costs - we subsidise the costs so that you can - for a pre-agreed period.....please enquire.

Facilities available;

• Sports Hall <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

This fantastic new sports hall has;

·         Four separate, near identical changing rooms with 30 x £1/key lockers in each, along with bench seating, wet-room style showers & W.C

·         Sprung flooring

·         New indoor cricket practice nets & mats

·         Netball court

·         Basketball court

·         Indoor football goals

·         2 x large trampolines

• Sports Pitch

We have two marked football pitches & goals, also available for hockey etc.

A separate pitch with new rugby goal posts will soon be added along the Foxhills road edge of the field.

• Main Hall & 354 Seated Theatre 

The main hall has professional sound & lighting systems.

It comes with a retractable staged seating module, capable of seating 234 & giving a commanding view of the stage.

In addition there is the room to place around 120 non- fixed seats in front of the stage area. There are also extensive backstage facilities along with two large, well equipped dressing rooms, each having showers & toilets.

• Drama & Dance Studio Suite

Each measuring approximately 35feet x 25 feet

The Dance Studio has a mirrored wall to one end, a superb sprung floor along with an easy to use sound & cordless mic’ system.

Each of the suites are acoustically divided from each other but can very easily & quickly be opened up  {by means of full height wall/door panels} into a double size room or even the full 3 room suite for bigger groups.

Changing facilities & toilets are just a step away.

• Music  Technology  room

In here we have several Apple Macs & access to suitable software.

• Recording studio

The recording studio has a fantastic, high level of hard & software to use.

• Training Kitchen

The training kitchen is a state of the art, stainless steel, professional kitchen.

With a bank of multi burner gas units with ovens, deep fat fryers, eye level grill & overhead extraction system befitting of any professional establishment.

There are several, comfortable to use food prep areas, well laid out for easy tutorial use each with deep stainless sink units with spray-hose mixer taps.

Several fridge & freezer units are available to use under-counter & free standing.

• Bistro

Our split-level Bistro facility can comfortably seat 103 adults.

We welcome outside catering too, though we would just as happily provide it for you.

• Conference Room

The conference room can accommodate up to 20 people, with access to a computer linked projector, telephone & beverage refreshments.

A buffet can be arranged upon request – at additional cost.

Or alternatively, full catering facilities can be made available by way of our Bistro within the Atrium - again, at additional cost.

• Car Park & Grounds

Great for carboot sales, fates radio control cars etc.

• Curry cooking evening classes -with a very popular expert
• Regular carboot sale - estimated June 2012 [dependant upon completion of ground landscaping]
