Card skimming device - Doncasr Rd Post Office

Details have just come to light that the police recovered a card skimming device from the cash machine at Doncaster Rd post office on Saturday 4th August.
This follows the recent discovery of two similar devices at Tesco's in recent weeks.
It is not clear how long the device has been attached to the cash machine to.
Members of the public who have used the cash machine recently should check bank statements and financial transactions to identify any fraudulent transactions.
A spokes person for Humberside police told Visit Scunthorpe "If you believe your debit or credit card has been cloned, alert your bank, building society or credit card company immediately. They will then be responsible for taking the investigation further and, where appropriate, reporting the fraud to law enforcement.
Should you have any concerns relating to this type of crime or wish to report any suspicious activity then please contact Humberside Police right away on 101."
